Excellent service. By far the best payroll service for small businesses.

The transition was tougher than I expected. There were some some things we did with our former provider that Onpay's system would not support. Once those changes were made, smooth sailing. I especially appreciate the quick availability of your service team... no waiting for hours get a question answered.

Great, quick customer service

It is great and easy to use. Customer service is always available to help you. The only thing I have trouble with is they don't have one full report. I have to save 10 different reports individually and it is so much waste of time on my part. It could have been so easy if they have one complete report option. Other than that they are great!

OnPay stays on top of details. They have good internal controls that allow them to identify situations that arise before the client, which makes it much easier on everyone!

OnPay is hands down the best payroll provider. I use them for my payroll at Perfect Six Marketing.They are prompt, professional and courteous.
