I really love this online payroll service. After a lot of research of a variety of payroll options, a number of years ago we moved from our previous payroll service to OnPay. It was absolutely the right move and I gained a better, easier to use payroll service for a fraction of the price we were previously paying. Their customer support is great (real people!), they are flexible, and they keep themselves current (ie: specialized reports that are helpful for COVID loan tracking). For small and medium sized companies I do believe this is the best, most reliable and most economical payroll service available.

OnPay has been a payroll processor for me. I like their price structure of a base then as you go with the number of employees you have since my business is highly part-time and seasonal. Reports and reporting has been easy to use especially when I needed to file for my PPP application from the recent stimulus package. The nicest part is my ability to ask questions on chat or online where answers are responsive and I learn as I go. Payroll is not a skill I have.
