I really appreciate how responsive they are. When I was in contact about moving, I kept changing my mind about what I was moving and they were very gracious and responded very quickly. However on the day of the actual move, the movers came several hours late. They explained that the move they were working on before mine had gone overtime. Since I was not in a rush, I did not care that my move was pushed off a couple hours, however I would have appreciated if they would have called to let me know instead of waiting until I texted them to find out if they were even still coming. When they finally got to me, the movers were very kind and efficient. However, they promised to be careful with my mattress, which was very white and clean and looked like new, and now has some marks and rips at the edges and corners. After they left, I also discovered that I was missing a mirror so I contacted them to ask if maybe they accidentally left it in their truck. They told me that I was wrong and that they definitely moved it in and that I would find it among my things. It was a full size mirror and although I did look all over for it, there was really no way I could miss it. Finally they did call me to let me know that it had broken during the move and they didn't think I would want it back. They were right. I did not want a broken mirror. I do appreciate that they owned up to it in the end, but it would have been nice if they were truthful from the start. Overall, I think that they were average in the sense that I moved in okay but now my mattress has a lot of wear and tear where before it was in very good condition and I had to go out and buy another mirror. I really do appreciate how responsive they are, but it would have been nice if my things were treated with more care and honesty. I do want to point out though that the movers were very nice and kind people.

They were quick and responsive, came in and moved everything out in a jiff. They showed up a little after the 1 hour window but I wasn't in a rush so it worked out fine!

I moved to an apt 1 floor below in a very large building complex. 2 movers arrived with no hand trucks or dollies (just a backpack with tools) and arrived separately, meeting each other for the first time. 1 of the movers had to leave the job after only an hour leaving 1 person to move and reassemble everything. OnPoint could not provide a replacement. My father and husband had to assist when they should NOT have had to. OnPoint offered 30% discount for the trouble, but it should have been %50 for the lack of 1 worker and moving equipment. We had to use my hand trucks and dolly, thankfully we had our own. I’m grateful to Laji the sole mover who was committed to completing the job and did his best to make sure I was happy despite the unfortunate circumstance and poor business practice of OnPoint. Laji was a good guy and very friendly, but I would not recommend OnPoint for future projects. My advice to OnPoint is to provide your workers with the BASIC moving equipment necessary to do a good job, and manage your movers schedules more effectively. There’s no excuse for movers to show up to a moving job so unprepared. Or, just don’t advertise moving services and stick to in house furniture assembly services only.

Amazing service. Included bed frame uninstall, reinstall. Tv unmounting and remounting, and a full service move for an unbelievable price. The movers we're both professional, nice, and fast. Similar services quoted us twice the price.

On time and polite!

On Point Assembly was prompt in communication and provided competitive rate for the job. The movers were efficient, but not careful moving the furniture - did not use blankets and covers while moving the furniture, leaving small scratches and took the paint off the wall in one or two places. They didn't bring ties or ropes and asked us for it. Also, they didn't clean up after the job was done. Overall, got the job done but not very professional.

I am very happy to have chosen onpoint assembly. They were very professional, very courteous. They were reliable and quick. I highly recommend.

Very good workers. Worked quickly and knew what they were doing.
