Takes a long time to address issues related reasons home owners as: do not get them they do not answer etc..

A little while ago I thought I found the perfect tenant myself... he had a good job and was renting my property to have more room for his two sons. Turned out he had a history that my background check wasn't able to uncover. Not only did he eventually miss payments but he damaged the property which cost way more than it would've to hire a property manager. I felt bad because I felt like the guy needed my help, but in the end I found out he was taking advantage of our personal connection to get me to overlook missed payments. I wish I would've known about On Q PM before because their extensive background checks would've seen the history and would've not made the ordeal "personal" so I would've never had to deal with that problem that cost me several thousand dollars and a lot of sleepless nights.

I moved into this home about 4 months ago and the house was disgustingly dirty I had to clean it myself. when I was able to spend some time in the house I realized that there was some problems that should be addressed and fixed I called on Q property management somethings are fixed and I'm still waiting 3 month later for them to fix the rest

I was rented a house that the company had not even inspected yet. I was told that after I was pressured into signing the lease prior to doing the final walk thru and getting the keys. Repairs were never done timely and they are making me jump through hoops to get a rent credit for my utilities being affected by repeated repairs. I am just ultimately very displeased with their customer service.

This company appears to be decent thus far, the only perception that I have recieved so far, is from communicating with the leasing agent. The leasing agent has done well, but there appears to be a lack in interest in terms of following up and providing feedback.
