Products are great shipping took awhile.

Our HOBO data shuttle broke after many years of service. We ordered another one and the projected ship date was going to be too late to collect mandatory compliance data in February. I contacted ONSET and they were able to move the ship date up a month for me. Very pleased.

We've been Onset customers for many years but our recent purchase of an RX2100 water level station from them has been far from ideal. The station has been non-functional for over two weeks. Support claims engineering is working on it, meanwhile, we are missing the collection of valuable environmental data. Inquiries about warranty replacement are met with a "we're working on a fix" response. Given this experience, we are looking at other vendors to meet our data logger and environmental monitoring needs.

Onset worked to get us dataloggers quickly. We greatly appreciate this valuable service.

Although very satisfied for the product, I had unsolved problems with the receipt. Unfortunately, the receipient of the product was not the buyer, and the invoice did not reflect this difference, as expressed at the time of purchase. This was not solved after receiving the receipt and asking for a change.

The rep really accelerated the delivery time when we explained our problem. Excellent service.

Onset provided prompt assistance to a technical issue I was having with a sensor. They fully resolved it. Thank you! I highly recommend Onset.
