Excellent equipment, sales and support.
Onset provided thorough information prior to purchase to allow me to make the best purchase. They provide great communication via email and telephone both before and after my purchase. Technical support was also very helpful with set up and questions after I received my product. I will absolutely purchase equipment in the future from Onset and highly recommend this professional company. Shannon and Elton both followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied and had all my questions answered. My logger has exceeded my expectations and is performing perfectly. I'm proud they are a fellow Massachusetts company.

Excellent Customer Service and Technical Advice!
The fine folks at Onset were incredibly helpful in assisting us with ordering the right product, and sourcing other instruments to make the data loggers work for our use case. Some of the best customer service I've ever encountered in my career was provided by Eileen S in customer service and Mike D in technical support. These two Onset employees were incredibly helpful and gave us the right information to make the best decision. Overall I'm very impressed with their sales process, and am looking forward to doing business with them again! 10/10

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. Based on your rating, it appears as if we did not meet your expectations regarding the processing of your order. I see that it was placed on Friday June 12, and the confirmation email sent to you that day said that it would ship on or before Friday, June 19. We were able to prioritize and ship your order out on Tuesday, June 16. I tracked it and see that it was delivered to you on June 22, the same day as your review. In general, UPS has experienced delays due to the Covid 19 pandemic, and ground shipments do take longer, but the transit time for your order seems reasonable under the circumstances. Onset was able to improve on the shipping commitment and ship your order three days earlier than promised. A HOBO MX failed after 7 months (not…
A HOBO MX failed after 7 months (not the first, second, tenth, or probably last time it will happen). Fortunately, it was still under warranty and a new logger was sent to me. However, a new sensor was not included, so I had to wait another week for the sensor to be sent out. Meanwhile, the data that I need for a client was not being collected.The whole replacement process took about one month. I won't know if the replacement logger works or not until the next time I go download.

I love ordering from Onset
I love ordering from Onset - their sensors are so reasonably priced and easy to use - great for teaching. Plus their customer service is very responsive and helpful.
