The assessment for this project was larger and more complex than most, but I appreciated that it didn't involve any "leetcode" style coding challenges. I believe that a project is a better way to assess one's abilities than mere coding challenges. The guidance provided for the interview and hiring process was quite helpful in ensuring I was well-prepared.

Since the first contact with Strider, I've noticed how this team is committed to having the best experience and it was exactly what I had. I had all the needed support, insights, meetings, and feedback. During my process, I took a home-take code challenge and I got the best feedback that I could have, pointing out the strengths and weaknesses, extremely professional, by the way. Also, the feedback meetings to improve and prepare me were crucial to getting my approval on the hiring process. The recruiters are kind and committed. Thank you so much.
