I ordered two chair covers on sale about ten weeks ago. Have not received them. I even wrote a letter to the offices in China. No response. Total scam. If you order from them, say goodbye to your money!!!

Waited 2 months for delivery of 2prs trousers looked classy total rubbish trousers arrived they told me to give to someone’s NO RETURN POLICY WHATSOEVER THERE SHOULD BE A TOTAL BAN ON THESE CHINESE COMPANIES ADVERTISING ON FACEBOOK etc AS THEY ARE MAKING MILLIONS ON OUR MISERY

DO NOT BUY FROM ONTHPOINTE!!! ITS A TOTAL SCAM. I ordered knee brace which came in very small size which induced pain upon wearing. Since then I have been emailing the customer service and it just goes in circles. They do not share return instructions even though the product is eligible for return. Been emailing since two weeks, no luck. At this point it feels like they just are waiting for me to give up. BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

I paid for a pair of flip flops and have never received them and they will not answer my emails. Fraudulent. Stay away.
