The shady company exposes your personal name and address on the internet. Everyone googles your address and all your personal information shows up. They ask you to get a lawyer to remove your information! I am going to get a lawyer to sue this company anyway!

When I contacted them about outdated data, it worked fine. Granted they did take weeks to respond, though I'm not entitled a hasty response. Once the support looked over it, they updated their listing of my business to reflect the new address on the secretary of state website. No questions asked, pretty easy process in my experience.

Open corporates based out of london. I believe complaints FOR GDPR violations should be filed with the ICO. Opencorporates is worse than a mugshot company as they make money off "public info" and do it under the pretense of "fair market". They do not have an opt out because everyone would opt out. That info is public for people out here that want to make business connections, not to be sold from halfway around the world.

Horrible “company”! They have outdated information and when told to update and remove Information they refuse! They send back generic emails telling you to get a lawyer. This company needs a good class action lawsuit!!!!!!!!! Maybe that will fix their unethical practices!

I would like to sue this good for nothing, corrupt, sick company. Somebody needs to make them pay big; they are deliberately reporting false information for financial gains.

Awful, pathetic, shambolic, useless, inadequate, miserable excuse for a company. Literally completely useless. Can't even handle the most basic of requests.
