Call centers you have based in India create challenges. The phone connections can be poor. The individuals, though multilingual, can have trouble understanding. They are not very good at conversations that are off script. I had extenuating circumstances and it required two phone calls to find an individual willing to try and get my issue resolved.

Greet was knowledgeable and explained things well. I’m very excited to have the additional parts of the omedicarion like the NAD and B12. And it’s less expensive than other companies and you get more! I’m excited to try Agile.

The scheduling via app is the most difficult I kept running into issues so I had to email to get an appointment scheduled. Once I spoke with a professional provider it was seemless and easy. So 4 stars for that.

I had a great enrollment experience, and tele-health visit. The process was explained thoroughly as well. The only negative feedback was the number of texts I received prior to my visit. It was ridiculous!

The process was good but I would have liked a dr to review the results with him vs a NP. Also, would suggest you include PSA screening in the blood workup since your MRI covers the prostate.

Great people and experience at all phases of test. Scheduling is a bit off. I scheduled a phone consultation with the scheduler for 10:35 but got a video call at 9:35. Worked out great as a video consultation makes more sense. Anyway, not a big deal but thought someone should know. Thank you!

The Dr was a great listener and his explanations were well explained. He was not rushed and provided actionable advice.

The environment, test and report call were all great. There were three areas that had been scanned and my monitored for multiple years(~6) including a Adenoma on the pituitary, fatty cyst in the left breast area and a cyst near back shoulder blade that did not get imaged on the scan. I am confused and concerned that they were not seen.
