I paid for one of their plans, but I'm still waiting to get their system, It's really frustrating because I don't know what's going on, they got my money now they've abandoned me. They giving me silent treatment and I have the screenshot of my transaction and communication.

Initially the algo was so confusing and irritating,I also asked for a refund,and reluctantly I tried on demo account,after a few days I came to know how it works,I was successful in all trades ,and the fund should be like 1000dollors for risk free,and trade with 1 dollar only,I made 2000dollors in one hour, I feel sorry asking for refund ,what I learnt from this algo is worth millions, Thanks for the great algo

At last year 2025 December, I've asked them to help me to account management. They makes my account fund to 0 and said will refund to me. I've been waiting for 3 months no any reply and refund

On December 24, 2025, I wanted to use their account management services. I spoke with them. Brandon told me to send $640 for fee, which I did. I also topped up my account with $507. I gave them my credentials to be able to trade in the account. The same day they traded the full amount ($507) in a 3 second-trade and lost the entire deposit. On December 29, I contacted them to know the progress. The answer was they will update me while they had already lost the entire deposit. I was obliged to check my account myself. I was surprised to see that my account was wiped out. I contacted them. Their answer was: “The account has a % set and we took the trade right on spot for 1% but the entry went wrong and the end amount turned out to be the entire balance” which is totally nonsense. Brandon (the owner) called me and told me if I could add more funds, they will trade cautiously and they will recover all the losses. This time he asked me to send BTC to his BTC address because he has already received $250 from Pocket Option for the losses. I sent $552 to his BTC address as requested. They never traded up to today. I asked them to refund all my money. they're scammers, don't even imagine put your hard earned money you will loose everything within 5 minutes. I promise you. every reviews you see here is fake

I have joined optionsalgo. ai. for 9days I haven't been granted access to the platform. Once I did the payment, the customer service chat stop responding and I cannot proceed ahead. It is a scam. Please don't get enrolled with this.
