The strawberry plants that I received were very dry with no water. Don't know if this is because the order and been delayed getting to me.

We regret that the strawberry plants arrived dry, possibly due to a delayed delivery. We appreciate your feedback and will review our shipping to ensure plants arrive in better condition. Kind regards, Hannah The Organic Gardening Catalogue.

First of all Customer Services have sorted the problem completely. The Garden Grow trough was not suitable for sale as numerous problems from missing holes to poorly fitting pre drilled holes to cracks filled with wood filler to the wrong nuts and bolts!!
Response from Organic catalogue· Aug 1, 2025
We're very sorry to hear about the condition of the Garden Grow trough you received — this certainly doesn’t reflect the standards we aim to uphold. While we're pleased to know our Customer Services team were able to fully resolve the issue for you, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Feedback like yours helps us identify where improvements are needed, and we’ll be sure to pass your comments on to the relevant team to help prevent similar issues in the future. Kindest regards, Meg. The Organic Gardening Catalogue.

Posted later than promised (on their website), and on a Friday. Sat with carriers over the weekend and then arrived at mine 545pm. Plants without water for that length of time - not at all good. Won't buy from them again
