I received a $25 off coupon through a friend and your site would not honor it. I asked the customer service person twice to help me figure out how to use the coupon and she disconnected the instant message chat. twice.

I was happy to be able to purchase the product I wanted. The item arrived on time and in OK condition, but just barely. The inner box was smashed and could have been better packaged.

I am a first time purchaser of OrganicSkinCare.com and was very excited to receive my ilike products. However, when I received my organic products, one of them was expired, and the other was without a seal. I thought this to be strange, so I called the company and spoke with a 'customer service' representative named David letting him know about my expired product who essentially told me not to worry about it! "Expired products are really good up to 2-3 years after the expiration date", he said, offering no solution. I'm sorry, but when I spend $99 on 1.2 fl oz of organic product (that doesn't have the same shelf life of products with preservatives in them), I expect to get something fresh and NOT EXPIRED, David. I then asked if I could a replacement of a fresh product and he said "Yeah, just send it in and we'll send you another one." I responded, so I need to pay to send you back an expired product that you sent me???" With a attitude, he said, "I'll send you a shipping label" (what did I do to this guy? I just want what I paid for!). Heaven forbid I asked about the unsealed product, but I did anyways, because that's strange to me that it wouldn't be sealed and again, this is my first time experience with this brand. Man, he blew it then. "They're all fresh! All our products are fresh!" I was like, "OK. Thank you David." Not a good experience with this company for product or customer service, sad to say.

This was the best place to purchase my Image Vital C hydrating repair cream. Luv this cream feels and smells wonderful. My shipment was sent quickly and packaged perfect, item sealed. I will definitely purchase from Organic again. Thank you for a great shopping experience.😁
