what everybody else said, ordered 2 months ago and they won't even answer my emails....have reported to attorney general

This company Is a fraud! Dont order! ordered on 4/15 have never received, try to track and said received in China on 5/1 then after that says lost. I have tried everything to get them to talk to me and all emails ignored as well as calls. Going to try the BBB, they state that they are a small local company in New York but my package was supposedly coming from China then It never came, they are a fraud!

Awful posting times but I did actually eventually receive my paint by numbers. No replies to my emails either, however, nearly 3 months later I've received my things! Love the quality of the paints and the canvas

Is there anything that we can do about this? I have also been scammed. Is there any way to get our money back?

Bad people operate. No product was ever delivered. Its been six weeks. Do not order from them. Crooks!

Ordered March 24th. Payment taken and bogus order number given. Nothing ever received. My order supposedly in Fuzhou facility and "preparing shipment" since May 12th. No response to emails. Why can't this "companies" business license be revoked by the BBB? They're cheats that are taking full advantage of the virus situation, adding more stress and necessary sadness.Only wish I'd read these reviews first before ordering. Fool me once....

I ordered from Original Paint by Number on April 16th. They charged my PayPal account, but they have not shipped anything. I have not received any shipping notifications or packages. I have emailed them twice, but they have not responded. They do not have a phone number listed on their website.

This site is a scam.I didn't even want to give it 1 star but had to just to leave a review. They took my money in April 2020 but never received my products. They don't respond to any means of communication. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!
