I ordered 2 kits on 16 April
I ordered 2 kits on 16 April, 2020. Still have not received then so I tried to contact them to ask about my order. Website does not exist now!! Will definitely be trying to get my money back through Paypal. Very disappointed!!

They don't even deserve 1 star. Scam scam scam. I ordered a painting 2 months ago and when trying to send an email it says this store is unavailable.

The website is a scam
The website is a scam, as soon as I ordered something the website just disappeared and I was unable to check my order. When I was all i was getting was ads that you clearly get on a virus site! I have contacted my bank and they will be investigating this and was able to get my money back.

The website is a scam
The website is a scam. It has been over a month and I still didn't receive my order. They do not respond to my emails. I had to raise the issue to credit card company to request a refund.

Trash they are scam!!!! I am so mad. I never received the item and their website, phone number, and tracking numbers are unavailable.

Piece of crap fraudulent company
Three orders for my grandkids were placed last month in April. Now I know all that was a fraud. No phone calls or emails are being answered except by a canned response. One order has a tracking number that goes nowhere. Wish to God I had researched this and found Trustpilot. I will never order from any site that I haven't before without checking here first. This makes me sick. Update: I see their site is up again 5/6/2020. Why are they allowed to do this?

I wish I had read reviews before…
I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Ordered in the beginning of April after seeing an ad on Pintrest. Over a month and five emails later and still am no closer to receiving my purchase. The email response is obviously a computer generated automatic response to any inquiry. Now, the website is shut down so I can't even report them to their local BBB. I am going to do what another reviewer suggested and have my bank reverse the charges. PLEASE, PLEASE don't give them your money.
