Ordered April 5th, merchant has not processed or shipped any items other than billing the credit card. Impossible to get a hold of an actual person. Total scam website.

I sadly fell for their slick and professional website and email offers. They claim their warehouse is in the US and they take payment in USD however my bank charged me an international transaction fee. That was my first clue that something was amiss. When I reached out to them questioning this, I got no response. When I called, I got no response. When I emailed, I got no response. I've since filed with the BBB (I picked their NY business because they were labeled "Online Retailer" but they also have a Canadian listing as a "Craft Store") I really just want my dang order, which I paid for. But if not that, hopefully I get my money back. They also have a fake Facebook and Instagram account.

Haven't received my order. It's been 22 days, and I'm left without a Mothers Day gift now. Tried calling the number, which is linked to an automatic voice mailbox. Tried emailing, haven't heard anything back either.

just got scammed last night. fake phone number and fake email. do not order from this site. doesn't anyone know how to get our money back? lol

DO NOT ORDER! Placed an order 3/25 and have not received anything. Such a scam. Unanswered phone calls and a generic email in response to my order inquiry.

Wish I'd checked here first :( :( Ordered March 18th 2020, knew it maytaje a while due to covid-19, an I'm in Europe. But 25th April I thought I'd try tracing parcel... Absolutely nothing, not in system. Emailed company an got undelivered email notifications. So annoyed, wasted €60 on stuff I'm not gonna get. Shouldn't be allowed as an ad through Google. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
