No confirmation after my order. Didn't respond to my e-mails. Did not receive my order. I am in the process of escalating a claim through paypal . . . thank god. Do not order from this company.

My son ordered a new belt for me shortly after Thanksgiving and I received it from him, as a gift, on Christmas. It was too big, so I took his order information, filled out their Returns Form, and mailed it back to them 31 days after the order date. I noted that they don't accept returns on worn items or 30 days after the "purchase date" and wanted a $5.50 reshipping fee for the return. I included a check for the $5.50 and figured, if they were real sticklers for the 30 day after order rule, they wouldn't cash the check. They cashed the check about 3 weeks after I shipped the belt back to them. In the meantime, I've tried contacting them multiple times via e-mails and calls (you can't leave a message as their mailbox is full) to find out when to expect the replacement belt. I suspect these guys have folded or are taking a long winter vacation. My advice is to stay away.

I have not received my belt and there has been no communication since I placed the order. I just want to get a lead time for my order, but no response. Is there any way to get into contact with the company where I can get an update on my order?

Cannot review experience of my belt purchase as I have not received the merchandise I ordered two weeks back.

No contact about order, it's been over 2 weeks.

I ordered a belt for the holidays, which I received. However, it was too small and I wanted to exchange it. I received an email response to my exchange request and shipped out the item In early January. I paid the cost of their shipping the exchange item. However, it’s now mid-February and I haven’t received what I paid for. I have sent 3 emails, with no response. There is no other contact information for this company anywhere. The next email I will be sending will be to notify them that my credit card company will be issuing a chargeback and that I will be notifying other internet buyers and and filing complaints with the BBB, and the relevant consumer protection agencies.

I ordered a belt 2 weeks ago and the order status is still "processing". I asked Orion about this earlier this week and have received no response.

These belts are probably the best value for the money that you can buy. I'm extremely satisfied with the items I've purchased.
