I ordered this a week ago and it’s still pending for delivery or even product in the mail. I would want quicker email on not just confirmation but that it has been sx for delivery after 7 days.

I could not find a specific delivery date for the item I ordered, but their website said they "ship quickly". After I ordered the item, it was disclosed it would be 5-6 weeks before shipping. It would have been nice to know how long the delivery time was when I ordered. The item was $500 cheaper on this site compared to another site I was looking at so I didn't cancel the order, but still would have been good to know that in advance.

Shipping time was deceptive.

Customer service was AI. Used my name from the chat instead of my name in the actual order to tell me it was canceled due to the manufacturer not wanting to ship a mirror. Then gave me a 3% off coupon.

The furniture is very good quality. However, delivery was not good. Chest was missing and mirror delivered that was never ordered. Delivery people just dropped most of the furniture, which was very heavy in bedroom, upside down and left bed rails in the living room. Then had the nerve to ask for me to sign that I had inspected the furniture without removing the boxes. I refused. Reported this all to Ornate who was very slow and delayed in responding. Ornate finally agreed to take back mirror, and deliver the chest. Waiting for delivery. Customer service need to be greatly improved and more responsive.

Ordered a dinette set in February and was told several weeks later it was on backorder, was willing to wait until it was back in stock. Then late May was told it was discontinued so we picked out another set that was $10.00 higher but had to pay $100.32 in difference.

Good product, good communication but I received my recliners 3 weeks after I was supposed to receive them.

I did not like the lack of communication on when my furniture was going to be delivered!! But when it finally was the living room set was beautiful and everything I hoped for ❤️
