I cannot say enough wonderful things about OTR Solutions! As an owner-operator, having a reliable factoring company behind you makes all the difference, and OTR Solutions has consistently exceeded my expectations! I especially want to recognize Sarah Dudding and her incredible team! Sarah is absolutely phenomenal! She and her entire staff go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism, dedication, communication, and genuine care for their carriers are second to none. In an industry where owner-operators face enough challenges every day, it's refreshing to work with a team that truly has your back. They treat you like a valued business partner, not just another account number. Sarah and her team are knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and always willing to help. That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find, and they deserve recognition for the outstanding job they do! OTR Solutions is hands down one of the best business decisions we've made at United Freight Operator LLC! To Sarah Dudding and her entire team, THANK YOU for your hard work, dedication, and exceptional service. You have earned our trust, loyalty, and highest recommendation! If you're an owner-operator looking for a factoring company that genuinely cares about your success, I highly recommend OTR Solutions! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars aren't enough!
