Worst company ever

This company signed me on at 2.75% factoring fee. Than I started noticing that they were taken out more than 2.75%. I called to find out why they were taken more than the 2.75% factoring fee we agreed on. His response was because I don’t bring in over $10,000 in that month they raised my percentage without notice per management. I don’t know what kind of crappy business model this is, but this is not good business.

Unless you want to get stuck with this Company forever, I don’t recommend you to factor with them. I did it for two years but when I decide to switch to another company they simply didn’t want to let me go. I sent a letter 90 days before the automatic renewal as the contract requires, but even though I did the right thing my account manager, Maria Jimenez, decided to ignore my request and I am still fighting with them for that reason. Now I am checking with an attorney to lawsuit the Company

Anything about their services is great

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible customer service all around. No one knows what they're talking about, the agent I got was just money hungry just trying to get me to sign over the factoring agreement calling me frequently throughout the day. and then when I finally give in to service with them, BOOM. No more calls, no check ups, nothing. But they kept calling to sell me an ELD that I did not need and they did not take me off that call list. They did the welcome intro to me the day I signed over to a different factoring company like yeah what a company. Not to mention how high of a factoring rate that they charge. 0/10 would not recommend. - P.S stop going with the big brand companies because they are the first ones to pop up or more popular. There are definitely smaller companies that offer better services at a better price. That's how OTR got me because I was a new company and they took advantage of that. Id recommend Fleetsmarts, that's who I factor with and they are the best at what they do.
