Otter.aiReviews of otter.ai

Been using Otter to record our team calls and the transcripts are pretty accurate, it even gets who is talking most of the time. The auto summary saves me rereading everything, only annoying part is the free minutes run out.

I have used Otter since 2022. The many projects that I use require transcription from audio, ether from file format such as mp3 or by video. Overall, Otter continues to deliver with the highest quality of service and product. Daniel, from Otter support team, has recently assisted myself with Otter features and customer service. Overall, the price for the subscription is set at a fair price and I will continue using Otter. Thank you.

Otter AI's customer service executive, Junnior, was incredible! My problem was due to a couple of accounts being duplicated by mistake, my mistake. Despite my requested resolution to the problem being in contradiction with Otter's standard Ts&Cs, Junnior pulled out all of the stops and referred me to the right people with his professional explanation and my problem was solved. Thank you to Junnior and thank you to the billing team, what a pleasure to be in touch with human professionals, well done Otter AI..... respect!

I had a great experience with Otter.ai. Although I used the application occasionally, I found it incredibly helpful whenever I needed it. I recently missed the cancellation deadline, but Otter.ai graciously issued a refund as a courtesy. A special thank-you to Kellin for handling my request so promptly and professionally. I truly appreciate the kindness, understanding, and excellent customer service. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers!

Junnior provided prompt and professional replies to my questions. He assured me that he would handle my issue which was appreciated. It's refreshing to receive personalized customer service from a large organization. It's not only helpful but saves so much time than going back and forth with AI bots.

service was so good! When I had some problems, support team helped me handle it immediately! And otter is very useful during my semester! I’m satisfied with it.

Maryia was particularly helpful in resolving an issue I had caused myself. Junnior also elevated the issue which really helped.

The quick response time from a mistake I made was very impressive. I inadvertently signed up for the wrong plan and immediately requested a correction. Within the same day I was helped by Morgen who refunded me what I paid and advised me to resubscribe to the plan I originally intended to purchase.
