Over time, I’ve purchased four espresso machines from Outin—three Minos (one for myself, one for a friend, and another as a birthday gift for my sister) and the Nano Kruve Barista Set for myself. I’ve also bought the LatteGo, the Claro scale, both the foldable and universal stands, and the EVA protective case. Just to be clear: I paid for every single item out of my own pocket and haven't received anything in exchange for a review. My feedback is 100% honest and unbiased. Having bought so many of their products, I think that speaks for itself—I absolutely love using their gear! The Mino is a fantastic machine with noticeable upgrades over the Nano, such as longer battery life, faster charging, a more compact footprint, and better performance at high altitudes. However, because it lacks the Nano Basket Plus and those gorgeous Kruve Propel and Imagine glasses, I just had to get the Nano Kruve Set as well. Both are wonderful machines that have earned a permanent spot in my home and my travel bag. Unfortunately, disaster struck when I accidentally dropped my Kruve Propel Smoke glass on the floor. My heart shattered right along with it! I knew Kruve sold replacements, but they only had the clear version in stock. While the clear ones look great, they wouldn't match my remaining Smoke Imagine glass. So, I reached out to both Outin and Kruve for help. Both customer support teams were incredible and replied promptly. Kruve explained that the Smoke edition was a limited release and no longer in stock, though they kindly provided links to partners in Australia and the UAE who still had them. Unfortunately, neither shipped to the EU, where I’m based. That’s when Outin stepped in and truly blew me away. Even though I made it clear I was eager to pay for a replacement, Outin generously pulled a Propel Smoke glass from one of their sets and sent it to me free of charge! It was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. It’s rare to find companies that deliver both top-tier products and world-class customer care. I can’t recommend Outin and Kruve enough, and I’ll definitely remain a loyal customer for years to come!

I purchased the Outin Nano and Fino grinder set along with the weight scale and other options. It is a fantastic combination that I have been able to take anywhere and everywhere. I am planning on taking it overseas so that I can continue to have my premium coffee anywhere that I go. The Fino grinder is so easy to use and has quality construction. For the Outin Nano, I have both the double and single espresso dose baskets, and I enjoy the Nespresso option the most because it's easier to use and clean up. The baskets to grind your own coffee will require a lot of dialing in to your preferred settings, flavor and final result quality. I had to make many adjustments in the grind and weight in order to make a good quality brew with the expected crema. Not all coffee grounds are the same and I had to make adjustments again when I bought a new batch of coffee. It can be tedious so I found it easier just to use the Nespresso pods when I don't have the time.

OutIn is a fantastic way to enjoy a perfect coffee on the go. I highly recommend they products.

Ich habe mir die OutIn Nano 2 zusammen mit der OutIn Fino Kaffeemühle zugelegt und bin von dem durchdachten Konzept wirklich begeistert. Die Nano 2 ist eine tolle Lösung für alle, die auch unterwegs nicht auf frisch zubereiteten Espresso verzichten möchten. Besonders gefällt mir die Möglichkeit, frisch gemahlenen Kaffee zu verwenden, anstatt auf Kapseln angewiesen zu sein. Das macht die Kaffeezubereitung deutlich flexibler und sorgt für ein echtes Barista-Gefühl im kompakten Format. Die Fino Kaffeemühle ist für mich die ideale Ergänzung. Sie ermöglicht es, die Bohnen direkt vor der Zubereitung frisch zu mahlen. Besonders praktisch finde ich den integrierten Dosierbecher mit Trichter, mit dem sich das Kaffeepulver in den Siebkorb umfüllen lässt. Die Handhabung erfordert anfangs etwas Übung, aber das Gesamtkonzept ist wirklich clever durchdacht. Was mir an beiden Geräten besonders gefällt, ist die Kombination aus Mobilität, Funktionalität und der Möglichkeit, den Espresso ganz nach dem eigenen Geschmack zuzubereiten. Natürlich muss man sich mit der richtigen Kaffeemenge, dem Mahlgrad und der Zubereitung etwas beschäftigen. Aber genau das macht für mich auch den Reiz aus. Mein Fazit: Die OutIn Nano 2 und die Fino Kaffeemühle sind ein tolles Team für alle, die frisch gemahlenen Espresso lieben und auch unterwegs Wert auf guten Kaffee legen. Ein innovatives Konzept, das mir viel Freude macht! Von mir gibt es dafür fünf Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung!

OutIn products - the good and the bad... I have been looking at getting a decent coffee set up for home, and after much deliberation, I recently bought the OutIn Mino coffee machine and the OutIn Fino coffee grinder. Both arrived punctually - so far so good. But that us when the issues started. The Mino basket did not make it past brewing the 3rd shot of espresso before it jammed in place so tightly that it was completely immovable. Even clamping it to my workbench in my shed to wrench it off failed. An email and video to customer services later, my new Mino arrived, and the same thing happened. New email, new video, and I have now elected to go for the Nano 2, their latest machine, as I have given up on the Mino. The basket on the Nano 2 has jammed on the machine every single time that I have made espresso, with the only saving grace being that I have been able to get the basket off after leaving the whole machine in the freezer for an hour each time. Using the Fino grinder has not been without issues either. While grinding up only my 2nd bag of beans, there was a shearing sound from the grinder, together with a loud bang, and a high pitched metallic scream from then on... Cue yet another email and video to customer services, and yet another grinder has appeared. No issues with the second one so far, but I'm not holding my breath. So, the product looks amazing, but seems to have some serious design flaws, which is a massive shame, as I am desperate to like it more than I do. I reckon I have had 1 decent espresso in a month of owning 5 different OutIn items. The one thing I would say is that the customer service gets a bad rap from some on TrustPilot, but I have found them to be nothing but a delight to deal with, and highly efficient in replacing defective products. If only their kit matched up to their high standards.

I’ve been using my OutIn Nano 2 for a week now, and it’s been fantastic. It’s portable, makes great-tasting coffee, and is easy to use and clean. The battery lasts forever with hot water, and even with tap water I get three to five cups — more than enough for a morning. I’ve taken it camping, and it performs beautifully. I’m not new to unusual ways of making coffee — I’ve been using a Handpresso for a long time. OutIn stands out!
