I'm glad we got our data back. the problem i had, was with charges. goes from 69 to 99, to 149, 199... it seems like they get the drive, and then before even getting the files, tack on a lot of charges that have to be billed before they even charge you the 199 to get the data.. i thought this was a money grab scheme. With shipping the drive to them and all charges, it cost us approx. $700 to get 32GB worth of data. i am overall happy with the service, and will rate this service a 3-star, but i would NEVER use them again.

Alex did a good job keeping me posted and answered all my questions. Not always the answers I wanted and didn't get 100% recovered. However, I knew that going in. Seemed expensive for an individual vs business recovery but, I understand the process and effort involved. Good job. Thanks

Super-Fast; cheap; and good communication! (Better than what we expected!)

Although these guys were able to restore over 4000 titles from my old Ipod (3rd. Generation), many songs were damaged. These songs have millisecond-cuts “scratches”. Very annoying and frustrating
