Excellent service.

I am very happy with my Inogen 4 gs. The only issue I have with OxiMedical Respiratory is that they were suppose to include 3 extra cannulas and they did mot. I made two phone calls to them regarding this and was promised they would be mailed to me over a week ago. I still have not reveived them. I sent an email to the company on Monday and received no response so far.

I was satisfied with the attention of the service person to my needs. Cost, was one of my concerns. Thanks.

everything was going well with this investment for my wife, my wife is a bowler and had the g3 in that cheap backpack everything was going well until 3 game when releasing the ball both zippers became undone and g3hit the floor . luckily no damage happened to g3 . we need the better backpack she is scared to death now to use it bowling . please help with this. thanks

Had to order when in hospital, a home oxygen concentrator that plugs in. Spoke to Bob Costas in Fla, I was in AZ. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure I got what I needed THAT day. I had to pay out of pocket cause I have no insurance.
