Your shipping of $18.00 was outrageous. This small package probably cost you $ 5.00 at MOST. I don't intend to purchase from you again for this very reason.

I needed to purchase a portable concentrator so that I could continue to travel, one that would provide both pulse and continuous flows. I worked with John Paige, an oxygen specialist at Oxygen Concentrator Store. John was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and kind.
