After receiving the oxygen concentrator and plugging it in, it was obviously damaged in shipping. Ordered a replacement that arrived within 4 days, including over a weekend and it is working perfectly. Although having to pay for two, a refund will be issued after they get the first one back. Wonderful customer service!

I had the pleasure of working with Nick Vannatta who is amazing! A true professional who responded lightening fast to all of my questions - and I had a lot! I would recommend Nick to anyone looking for an oxygen machine.
