I accidentally sent my package to a family members address in a different state, I reached out and they immediately changed the address and were super kind about it in the email! Can’t wait to see my results

Had an issue with my bottle and the team responded really quickly with ways to help and sent out a replacement within a day! Customer service is fantastic with this brand - the team were very understanding and friendly, this makes a huge impact on the buying experience. Would 100% recommend! Thank you Oyo team x

The product has definitely made a decent difference to my ingrowns. Not as dramatic as the before and afters on the website but I like to think it’s helping! The customer service was fantastic, the pipette on my bottle of Final Touch broke, so I was hoping to just get a replacement for the pipette but Oyo sent out a full replacement product! That’s how to do customer service, thank you!!

I had an issue with the wrong delivery address and when I contacted the Oyo team they dealt with it the next day and had a new order sent out to me. Hannah was very helpful!
