The floor lamp is beautiful. The workmanship of alignment with the screws into the female adapter’s were completely off. It took 2 hours to assemble. My wife was going to go shopping. Well forget that! She was exhausted. I told her we should have sent it back. I was determined to get it out together. Took a drill and drill bits and a whole lot of cussing. Whom ever did the layout of this needs to find a job. Very disappointing. If you’re not patient and have no idea how things work, good luck with this assembly. It should have taken maybe 15 minutes at most!!!!!!!! I think I need to send you a bill for the 2 hours labor !

I had an issue with a lamp I purchased and Moe, a customer service agent was responsive and greatly assisted getting my problem resolved.

My husband and I purchased two sconces from Ozarke on August 23 for nearly $900. At no point when we placed the order were we informed that the items were backordered or out of stock. Weeks went by with no meaningful update. I called and was told they should be ready within a few days. Nothing happened. I called again about a week later and was told they were in production and would be finished within a few days. Still nothing. I called again and was then told they were being packaged. Another week went by with no shipment. After becoming increasingly frustrated, I escalated the issue to a manager. He promised that within a day we would have shipping information. A few days later, we still had nothing. He then called and assured us that within 48 hours, maximum, the sconces would be shipped. That 48 hour deadline passed today. Still no shipment. Still no tracking information. It is now October 1. We ordered these sconces on August 23 specifically to have them well in advance of our kitchen renovation. Instead, our renovation has been delayed while we have spent weeks chasing this company for an order we paid nearly $900 for. The most frustrating part isn't simply the delay. It is the repeated promises that something will happen "in a few days," "within a day," or "within 48 hours," only for those deadlines to pass with nothing happening. Who would have thought two sconces could take well over a month to arrive, with no clear end in sight? I am writing this review because I wish someone had warned us before we ordered. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from Ozarke. We feel completely disrespected as customers, and this entire experience has been incredibly disappointing.

Unique floor to ceiling lamp with warm round light is a conversation starter and enhances our dining room ambiance greatly. Easy to install by two people and a space saver compared to many floor lamps.

The screws to put my lamp together were missing, which of course is going to happen from time to time with any product. I called customer service, they answered right away, told me they'd have the screws on the way the next day, and would keep me updated. And that's exactly what they did. They emailed me when the screws were on the way, they arrived in just a few days, and we put our lamp together. Outstanding customer service and a very high quality product.

Folks, avoid. I bought a product 34 days ago. It has not arrived despite false promises. "We will expedite." "Production complete." "Being packaged." Be careful with this company Unbelievable how bad they are with shipping and lack of communication and lies. UPDATE: Oct 11, 2026. STILL NO ITEM. THEY MADE A FLASE PROMISE OF LAST FRIDAY. PROVIDED A SHIPMENT UPS LABEL THAT HAS NO UPDATE, ONLY "LABEL CREATED." FOR GOD SAKE DO NOT ORDER FROM LIARS.

Fantastic customer service!! I have ordered multiple items from this business and everything has been of superb quality and craftsmanship. I had a bowl that was broken due to shipping. They replaced it me questions asked! Really appreciate a business who cares!
