I am beyond satisfied with the mushroom table lamp that I received from Ozarke! It is made from incredible quality, and I have received too many compliments to count on where they can buy one themselves! Will definitely be shopping more with Ozake. Their team is easy to communicate with, and I would recommend anybody!

Gave a minimalist classy modernism look to my apartment

Gorgeous wall tiles. Did not order them yet, but even the sample tiles serves as a tiny bit of visual interest I needed for a book shelf. Ordered lamps. Had to send back. They refunded money promptly

Great website and looks; I ordered the product for a new construction project nearing completion. I ordered three units in three different sizes. I received and was charge for one light, and I'm glad that's all I received. It took a week for my project to get to the point where I could install the light. When I pulled it out of the box, I was surprised to see a vinal-based product (that was delaminated) in the box. Not only would it not cover a typical electrical box, but a vinal product will warp over time, especially on a black house. I contacted Ozark support for a return but needed to get my order number because I mistyped my email address. When Ozark got back to me with an order number, it was past the 14-day return period and they wouldn't return it. What? a 14 day return period? Now I see why it's only 14 days. It's a crapy product, with crapy service, they don't want you to return a product that came delaminated out of the box. These people suck!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they are a SKETCHY business. They do not make it clear on purpose that they do not have free returns. If you try to send an item you dislike back, I had to pay $75! This is ridiculous and unfair, give the lamp was only about $100. They are lying by omission and do not offer typical services other credible websites do. Customer service refused to help me. Do not buy and fall for their trap, you will be stuck with whatever you bought forever as they do not compensate returns. HORRIBLE!!!
