Orders show up quick , prices are reasonable . Nice looking cues.

My cue came in the mail, new, in the package, but it came damaged. I could not send it back because I had a tournament coming up and shipping would take 3 weeks to get it back. There was absolutely no effort from Ozone to resolve the issue. I do not recommend buying a cue online ever! I'm very disappointed with this experience; especially because I was saving money to buy my first cue. Poor customer service. No care for the customer. I have been telling all my pool friends not to buy from Ozone.

Poor service, first they delivered the wrong size pool table and once we finally had the correct table delivered some of the parts were not the correct size...we have been waiting for months for this to be resolved. Unfortunately, we haven't had much luck being able to contact them either. We have left messages that have not been returned.

Great buy with the pro kit. Great stick but needs a softer tip.

fine stick- I’ve had numerous McDermotts before and they are always done well. I increased my weight from 19 1/2 oz. to the 20 oz. and should have increased my length from 57” to 58”... now I feel it’s too short so, I have to go shopping again. I also should have put on a light leather tip so I could see it- guess I can paint a white stripe around it- McDermotts are reliable so, there’s always room for one more.
