Communication was at times delayed
Communication was at times delayed, but service was great apart from that. My watch arrived exactly as advertised and promised. Will look to PBW for future watch purchases.

Trustworthy
The watch arrived in perfect condition on time. Only improvement I'd recommend is that as I was shipping the watch internationally and needed it for a deadline they could have kept me informed of my order progress a bit better. But they were lovely people to deal with and everything was good. Will use them again.
