Pacific Workplaces is a great location to have office space. Roberto and the front desk staff make sure that they are available every day to assist with the mail, help with a copy machine, or whatever we need including fresh coffee. It is wonderful to have an office where the environment is a friendly and positive attitude.

I love the friendly and respectful staff, the convenience of the on-site staff, delivery of mail (pickup or forwarded to my home), and the availability of offices and conference rooms when needed.

** Friendly and efficient Staff, who know their tenants by name, as well as (often) by their personal "story." ** Effective Conference Room Scheduling system, which I use fairly frequently. ** Other services, including recently helping me with my technology, when I was experiencing trouble with the onsite printer.

It's the people who make this a great place to work. Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when I need assistance. The location is phenomenal. The office itself is clean including all of the shared spaces. The office equipment is always working. The environment is safe, calm and quiet, just what we're looking for. One negative I would give it is lack of parking in the parking garage. There is a waitlist and not many spots available to our floor.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback Lana. Not sure if there is anything we can really do about the parking situation, but we can escalate the lack of spaces available with the building.

I enjoyed the space of the office. There were two tables; one large and a smaller round table. They have nice decoration. There’s a door to the office but other conversations can be heard. I would use this location again.

Honestly it is a really cool place to work. The energy is great and the equipment professional. I misunderstood the rules on the "Meeting Space" and got called out, but the delineation of my crime was pretty fine lined IMHO. I asked for a formal quote as I saw some real positives for me and my work. Never got that. Also Parking is a HUGE concern and expense. One would think something could be worked out for regular users to get discounted parking fees from the city of Santa Cruz? I mean condensing many businesses under one location has a myriad of benefits for everyone, right? Perhaps just a missed opportunity, or maybe they simply didn't want me there long term. Who knows? I sure don't.

Hi Bill. Thanks for your honest feedback. So sorry you never received the quote you asked for. That is definitely a training issue that will be addressed. The parking is something that has never really come up before so thanks for bringing it to our attention. Although it is uncertain that anything could be negotiated with the city for discounted parking, it's definitely something for us to look into. Glad that you thought the space was a cool place to work and perhaps you will give us a try again in the future.
