Players are under age. For example, “ Dontscamme” is actually in High School and is 17 years old. Please ban him and i will update my review. Thanks

Contacted customer support and in under a minute I was speaking with an agent named STARK. This agent was great at customer support. Super quick response, aswel as talked in a professional way that says 'we are listing to the players, no matter if you deposit 100k a month or $10. Loyal player - mooncake420

Let them know I was having a difficult day and they went thru my account and was able to help me out by giving me some lossback. Which doesn’t always happen. But it’s a new year and they have always tried to help

to be fair, in the past they have been great, rakeback and all. Recently 1-2 months, something changed in the site and you receive nothing back. Support is zero help when it comes to issues within their site. "gold spins" are very far and in between. Dont worry tho, their strreamers are winning. Also, when you use a code, and it says that you WILL receive rakeback from the streamer, you receive nothing and they keep it. Very scammy, 6 months ago packdraw to now is night and day. Stay away, there are so many better case sites than this one. They got "big" and now are going for the take. NOTE: there reviews are biased, and give bonuses to those that give a good review

Hi BB - thanks for leaving your review! We appreciate you calling out that things used to feel great, and we’re sorry this last stretch hasn’t. Nothing has changed behind the scenes to “tilt” outcomes or drain players. Results are generated using EOS blockchain based randomness, where the final value used to calculate outcomes isn’t known by anyone, including us, until the future block is mined. You can learn more and verify your own outcomes anytime at https://packdraw.com/en/fairness. Gold spins only trigger on big hits, so they will always be less frequent by design, and streamers do not get different odds than anyone else. If you want a steadier experience, stick to lower volatility packs or build a community pack with the exact risk level you prefer. On creator code rakeback, that setting is controlled by the creator. If it is enabled, it applies automatically. If you share your username and the code used, we can confirm whether it was active when you used it. Also, we do not give bonuses for positive Trustpilot reviews. If support didn’t help you previously, we want to fix that. Our support team is available 24/7 with real people ready to help. Thanks - Team PackDraw
