Our boxes are perfect and the customer service with this company is over the top! We needed a little extra help and they were very patient with us and very helpful. Turnaround was also faster than expected! Definitely recommend!

Really glad I went with Packlane. I submitted artwork that had an entire segment upside-down (it was hard to tell given how the mailer box folds up). Packlane flagged the issue within an hour of me submitting the artwork and resolved it right away. Looking forward to my mailers with everything right-side-up :)

If I could give 10 stars I would. Packlane's service & their rep Bree's awesome and rapid communication were top notch. I don't usually leave reviews but they deserve all the commendations. Boxes came out great all thanks to their wonderful team. Wish them all the success in the world, and I'm sure their future is bright!
