They give a tracking number but don’t actually ship the paint. Wish I had read the reviews . Don’t answer the phone

I wish I had read the reviews 1st Comunications 1 Star Delivery 1 star Colour match 0 star Completely wasted my money, do your research and find a company who can mix paint !

I ordered touch up paint on 12th January. I had an email the next day saying it had been processed and then didn’t hear anything. So yesterday (23rd January) I emailed asking if it had been sent out. I had read the bad reviews and thought I wouldn’t get the paint. HOWEVER, they emailed straight back saying it had been posted and when I got home the paint was there. So to be fair, I got what I ordered and they did respond to my email immediately. I’m happy as I got what I ordered and paid for.

Buyer beware they do not deliver your product will not answer the phone don't respond to emails better off going through Eastwood experience
