Superb customer service
Superb customer service. Oldish greenhouse damaged by recent storms. Could not have been more helpful in finding replacement parts and free of charge. Refreshing to find there are still companies that really care.

Lost a couple of roof sheets from our Palram Sierra patio cover in the recent freak storms. The Palram has never had an issue with previous storms, but the recent storm was freakish with 70-80mph winds Contacted Canopia Palram UK using their online contact us. Gave them the required info. Approx 11 days later 2 replacement sheets were delivered free of charge. No fuss, no complaints. Thats what as a customer you want to hear. Top Marks

Do not buy a shed made by palram. Comes in a million pieces takes forever to put together the floor panels don't fit nicely your foot gets caught walking between the joins. It's so noisy even in light winds the neighbours were complaining it's unbelievably thin. The panels don't fit properly let's water in. Completely collapsed in the storm even though there were two motorcycles in it and even though my 12 year old keter factor shed did not move at all and even my clothes rotary is still in place. If I could post photos here I would had it less then a few months constantly sent emails to the company I bought it from telling them it wasn't safe that it was letting in water but they didn't respond to emails until it was too late and now I'm out of pocket over £500 for the shed and I have about £2500 worth of damage to both motorcycles

Do not buy a Palram Oasis polycarbonate greenhouse if you live in a place subject to strong winds eg Scotland.. I live in Edinburgh and this greenhouse blew down within a couple of months of purchase. I managed to re-erect it and secured the roof to the base using wires fed through the roof struts. This did prevent the structure from disappearing down the street during a recent storm but it didn’t prevent it from imploding. It now lies in pieces in my garage awaiting the visit of an insurance assessor.

Worst thing I have ever bought! Fell apart as soon as the wind blew, had customer service send me spare parts and put it up again didnt last a month! Expected better for the price no support off paypal cant get money back and now I have to jump through hoops before they will give me the parts that have bent and broken again. I work too what don't they get I only wanted a shed!! Feel totally robbed!!!

One man's opinion. No matter what you try to build or install of the Palram products, I found them to be the the most frustrating difficult and ridiculous. The Engineers must have had the charter to make it almost impossible to install.

Please don't buy this greenhouse if it will be exposed to wind. Mine blew apart with 30 mph gusts.

Excellent quality patio cover and even better after sales service. When the cover suffered damage during the recent storms in Scotland I was sent replacement panels in less than a week free of charge. Superb customer service.
