Okay so are we just being lazy? All other restaurants have already reopened their dining room but not Panda Express! My family of 6 loves Panda Express so we drove by today only to find curb side service only. It is very difficult to order your menu items with no visuals especially for 4 picky eater kids. So, we'll just keep avoiding Panda Express until you reopen the dining area. Maybe after enough lost business you'll get the picture.

Service was fast and friendly however, the food, not so good. Ordered Szechuan Beef was bland, didnt even have much spice to it. I also ordered Hot & Sour soup. That was a huge mistake. They have no idea how to make this stuff. Its not even close to what it should be. 1st, it had green vegetable of some kind, cabbage, and carrots. Most of the expected ingredients of Hot & Sour soup were missing such as black mushrooms, lily and that special spice that grabs the back of your throat not to mention zero sourness to it. If you are going to have something on the menu called by a common name, you should know how to make it. At least something close. $30.00 lunch with tip - $25 of it went into the trash.

Today May 31. 2020 I went to Panda Express drive thru in Lilburn GA. The food was the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted. The fried rice and noodles were ridiculously hard. Teriyaki chicken and Kung Pao chicken was tasteless too. Absolutely disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE!!

I ordered beef and broccoli, and I kid you not they gave me three small beef pieces and a decent amount off broccoli. Terrible place in general. I gave them a couple chances because mistakes happen but they are just not reliable and not improving.

This was the worst food I've ever had. $25 just thrown away, I'll never eat here again. First and last time.

Today I was going to order from P.E because well, I wanted Chinese food, I know its not authentic but I thought ...what the heck. Well after reading all of these scathing reviews my mind is made up. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING !!!! Too many people in different states had the same issue which makes this a major issue for me. Thanks for the reviews. I will take my money else were. (In Camel, Indiana)

Visited the Panda Express at 4208 HWY 360 Fort Worth Tx last night. This had to be the worst food that I tasted. The kung Pao Ckn and no flavor and was very bland. The Chow Mein I think that they served me from the bottom of the barrel on that cause all the pieces of noodles were in little pieces. The mushroom chicken had more squash than anything. just a very Horrible experience, tried to contact the store with the number on the receipt and no answerer-go figure. To top it all off the portion sizes were so small that my 2 year old could have eaten it, well maybe not it was so nasty. I would like to have my money back or a credit maybe sometime next year when the service and the food maybe better.

Done with this place. I swore I'd never eat there again over a year ago...but, family said the one in Arlington, Texas, was better. It wasn't. Don't know why they think this is Asian food. Over fried and tough chicken...messed up and left off items. When we called, we were told they'd get the order right out. That was an out-an-out lie. So sick of ppl who don't care about their work ethics. Message to any out there who want to do more...be the best as whatever you do....ppl will take notice. Slackers and whinny poops...get out of the workforce and let you parents take care of you.
