One broken glass in each case, I was expecting more and order three cases for that reason. You could only send me two cases which ended up Ok because I only lost the two glasses from breakage rather than many more.

I was very glad to get the combination salt/pepper mill. It's exactly want I wanted. However, the seller later charged me an expensive shipping fee that wasn't part of the original order. They stated it was due to a bug in their system. Because it was their fault, I thought they should have waved the shipping fee as a courtesy. The mill was $25.04 and the shipping was $14.62 or 58% the cost of the item itself. Otherwise, I wouldn't have bought the mill.

Ordered online, order was ready, also bought a few other items when I came in. Nobody acknowledged me when I came in or was looking through the aisles. Both associates seemed to have trouble working the register, but were friendly enough.

Product was as described at a great price with great shipping!

Product received in timely manner. Product met expectations.

Received wrong item. Contacted customer service but no response.

The epicurean cutting board is an excellent product. Time tested, I have purchased a few and given some away. When I purchased this time, Cresco was out of stock and went extra to get me my order of 2 cutting boards. Cresco has always been good value and selection for "Church and Camp Cook" over the years. Now, my little personal visits are still fun and rewarding. Happy Customer.
