COA concerns
Customer service at Panda is highly commendable. However, I was disappointed to find no batch numbers on the vials to correlate with the COA. Without a direct line of production linked to the paperwork, a COA is just a isolated result that cannot be assumed to apply to every unnumbered vial. If Panda begins adding corresponding references to their packaging, it would allow for independent quantifiable confirmation testing vs anecdotal reviews.

Hi BAE, Thank you for the thoughtful feedback—and for the kind words about our customer service. Your concern is fair. For the products you received, there was only one released batch in circulation at the time, and the QR codes on the vials link to the corresponding product testing pages. Even so, you are right: that is not as clear or independently traceable as printing the batch number directly on each vial. Based directly on your feedback, we have changed our labeling process. Every new batch going forward will have its corresponding batch number printed directly on the vial so it can be matched to the published testing documentation. We already have several independently tested new batches incoming, and they will use the updated labels. We have also published a detailed explanation of how we source, test, release, and document batches—including what representative testing does and does not prove: https://pandapeptides.com/quality-and-testing/ Thank you for holding us to a higher standard. You identified a real gap in our packaging, and your feedback made our process better. — Cory Founder, Panda Peptides
