I purchased your cbd 30:1 when I was in Cali. I really like the product. I live in a state where it is not legal to ship into. I decided to purchase your cbd oil tincture once I ran out of the other. I really like it. It helps me relax and sleep everytime I use it. I also take for anxiety.

I am very happy with my purchase. I discovered this CBD while visiting California I had to order more when I got home.

The payment process on the website was very frustrating. I emailed customer service requesting assistance to update/correct the autofill that PayPal did. It took a while to get a response from P&B. There was no function available on the website for me to edit the information. The primary problem was the autofill had my home address AND my old work address which needed to deleted. It took a couple days to get this resolved. Not everyone wants to use PayPal and it was very frustrating that I had to keep emailing P&B and wait for the response to ensure my order would be delivered accurately. Unfortunately a couple people provided assistance for me and gmail hijacks accessibility sometimes and I wanted to acknowledge their assistance.

It has been decreasing pain in my arm and neck areas. I would like to try the 1:3 ratio product eventually to see if it will do even better.
