Tracking email would be helpful. Got lots of emails after placing order, but no tracking email which would be more convenient than setting up account and logging on, etc. to get the info.

The website listed that by signing up I would receive a 20% discount on my first purchase, but that wasn't applied when I checked out nor did I receive a code in advance. The tracking number listed the package would arrive on 12/24 and it was just sent today. I'm not complaining about the early delivery however had I not been home the package could have been stolen. It would be great to get the 20% discount for signing up as promised. Thanks.
