I like knowing that I don't need to re-edit after they send it back. I can count on the fact that there is an actual (highly educated) person editing it and not a computer or high school senior. I would never go anywhere else.

Worked out really well for me

Use at your own risk, and NOT if you have a deadline. I used paperblazer for years, without incident but perhaps new management has come aboard? Last night I had a super stressful experience with them. I had a big deadline for an application due Sunday night at midnight. I sent the request Saturday night and paid extra for the 24 hour editing. For whatever reason, my attachment did not load. Instead of letting me know even within 12 hours, the reader let me know AFTER the time it was already supposed to be finished. I literally had to scramble to find friends to help me edit this important document. The reader offered no apology and instead, blamed me for my mistake. The bottom line is, I should have been contacted with enough time to remedy the initial mistake in a kindly manner. NOT at 11pm on a Sunday an hour before the application is due. Honestly, even an apology and a coupon would have done wonders in my initial contact. When I informed them how frustrated I was by their response, they sent me a snide response and no refund for a job NOT done. With so many other great sites out there, do not use paperblazer.
