Great costumer service..... and item that i ordered came out perfect and exactly as i wanted it. I have already placed another order.

The name tags are quality products, the website is easy to navigate and the turnaround is quick.

Folks- i was able to speak with a representative at one point. She was great. However, your website is clunky. I had to call to find out how to order an idem without customization..she explained it well, but the fact that i couldnt just order on the phone while i had her didnt do much for me. i went to the site and ordered as directed..but them i had to return multiple times just to finalize and eventually place the order. I just dont have time for that. I want to order a product in one sitting and know that its on its way. I hope you can clean it up a little bit. I will try again at some point.. best wishes

Perfect! Thank you for letting me know what I ordered was out of stock, Fortunately, we could wait. Time wasn’t critical since he presentation would be virtual this year so, we could schedule it whenever they arrived.

I was very impressed with Yevonne. She walked me through the ordering process and was very helpful. I am also very happy with the paperweight. The only thing that I was not happy about was the shipping cost. I hope when I order several that the cost isn't as high per paperweight.
