Everything I bought came in excellent condition, and it arrived super fast at my house.

I bought a new case for my pencils/pens because I had far too many. It works great and stands up nicely, so I don't have to misplace different mediums all across a table. It holds it form nicely~

Simple ordering process. Reasonably quick delivery, and delivered safely at home. Product of good quality.

I received what I ordered. I didn't pay any extra charges.

The Victorian style stickers i ordered are good for what I need them for. They dont look too modern, which is what i wanted. The calligraphy pens take some getting used to. Calligraphy pens usually have a straight edge, not a point, so I'll practice with those. My order arrived quite quickly and was well packaged.

Refund requested numerous times - no response I ordered a Precision Craft Cutter Pen and some washi tape from PaperWrld, but the parcel was returned to sender and never delivered to me. I have now contacted PaperWrld numerous times requesting a refund and have received no response or acknowledgement. The tracking clearly shows that the parcel was returned to the sender, so I would expect the refund process to be straightforward. I’m disappointed by the lack of customer service and communication. I’m happy to update this review if PaperWrld responds and processes my refund, but at this stage I’m still waiting for both a response and my money back. I will be disputing the transaction with my bank.

Lovely presentation and materials! I’m not sure what I’m going to do with them quite yet, but they are diverse, high-quality, and beautiful . The box did arrive a bit mangled, but that’s not your company‘s fault. Still awaiting the rest of my order, which was a collection of the tiny books. Hopefully, they’ll show up because I’m really looking forward to using them to decorate a miniature Christmas tree.
