i created an account just to write this review, what an evil and parasitic company, it should not cost money to send official transcripts i hate you with all of my heart

Site simply doesn’t work. “Failed to save enrollment information” over and over again. No customer service. Lousy company.

The most irresponsible company I've ever worked with! They were supposed to deliver my transcripts last week! They keep saying that they will send new transcripts to my recipient, and they haven't done it after almost a week. Honestly, if you have options other than Parchment, go with them.

I have not been able to access my transcript despite trying with three email addresses, two devices, and 10(!) email exchanges with customer service. It appears to be the only way I can get my transcript, and though I’ve asked for a supervisor 5(!) times, the customer service agent just keeps asking me the same questions over and over again. I honestly feel like I’m being punked. A business that did not have a monopoly power over the service it’s providing would never provide such insanely bad customer service. I just had to write in to note it’s the worst customer service of my life. Hands down. If you are a school considering where to put your business: this is not it. If you are a customer, well too bad for you because they have your transcript and they might not be able to figure out how to give it to you.

They basically made me pay twice for transcripts. Kind of a rip off!

The website is slow and just times out. I can't even order. I have tried multiple computers with different browsers. Useless.
