These are the best diapers. Yes they are expensive, but worth every penny. My Mom is in hospice at our home, and we can receive free diapers through them. The only time I use the free ones is when the nurse comes to bath her, and she puts it on. After just a few hours she is totally wet everywhere. That never happens with the parent giving ones, they never leak, so Mom is always comfortable. Thanks so much!

I am on a fixed income, but I still buy these along with another type that I need for at home. But these I use when I go to the doctor when I go for a procedure or out with friends. Because they really absorbed everything & I never leaked with them at all. Thank you so much for making them available to us.

VERY DISAPPOINTED; UNABLE TO RECOMMEND GOING FORWARD because I felt that Parentgiving company showed no drop of caring amidst sudden passing of my parent. Prior to this most disappointing realization, I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of diapers for my Mom over more than six years, and never returned a single thing during those years. Parentgiving seemed to disregard our years of customer loyalty when it effectively prevented me from returning a mere $90 order that auto shipped contrary to my intention. With so much going on after Mom passed, I failed to cancel before my auto ship order kicked in. On the same day the order was automatically initiated, I sent a message to Customer Care to request help in canceling the order. Although the shipping company, OnTrac, allowed me to select the option to “cancel the order” online, Parentgiving claimed that they could not cancel the order. They would allow me to return the unopened package after it arrived at my home, but I would be responsible for the return shipping cost, which turns out more expensive than the cost of the order! When I inquired about the cost of a return shipping label from the company, I was told it was not an option. Although I appealed for more help, Customer Care simply gave me a deaf ear. Therefore, I need to simply eat the cost of this final auto shipped product, which seems very wrong to me. Customer Care should be able to make accommodations for special circumstances such as mine described above, especially since this company sells products for the elderly, and death is bound to be experienced by the customers.

I have ordered from Parentgiving for my wife on several occasions without an issue. the diapers are very good. However, the last order was never received. The shipping company they use now ONTRAC has a terrible record of delivery. Parentgiving policy indicates they will not replace lost or stolen orders. I have a dispute with the credit card company too, but that looks like it is going nowhere so we may be out $138. I suggest you order from Parentgiving at your own risk.

I love your ultimate direct pullups. They fit great and are super comfortable. My motherinlaw and I really like wearing them. She wets really heavy and loves them because she doesn't leak. We have an incredible relationship and we can discuss our incontinence and which diapers we use and why. I love her so much and make sure she has diapers at all times. We both love and wear your diapers. I'd love to be a spokesman for your product. Keep up the good work.

Ease of modifying subscription; reliable shipments, excellent product.

We were short of supply so I called to see if we can order one extra. Also, since we need one every day and one package that we subscribed has only 25, so they are flexible enough to adjust to ship us every 20 days....
