The “parents are human” deck has been instrumental to bring more warmth in the discussions with my elderly parents. It is also very helpful that other languages are available. The physical cards are great quality and the design is modern and engaging. I’ve ordered the “children are humans “ too!

What a great idea to gamify getting along with your roommate. Sometimes asking hard questions are, well, hard. So having them in the form of a game of cards is easier.

I recently bought a few of these card sets (for Parents, Partners, and Grief), and I’m so impressed. I’ve owned conversation cards before, but these really stand out—the questions have much more depth and variety. You can tell they’ve been thought out with real care, designed to open up meaningful, authentic dialogue rather than just surface-level chatter. The print and card stock are also excellent quality—you feel it the moment you hold them. They’ve already sparked new conversations in my life and helped me feel closer to the people I care about. I even ended up buying extras to give as gifts because I think they’re that good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these to anyone who wants a thoughtful way to connect more deeply with loved ones.
