I have had multiple problems with this app and their customer service. I live in a major city so there’s no escaping them. The latest, they took my money and allowed me to park in a place that I wasn’t supposed to park in. Got a $50 ticket. I didn’t ask them to refund the ticket. I just asked them to refund the parking fee they took from me. Incident was over a month ago. No response in over a week to last inquiry.

Honestly, it’s an average parking app, but since they’re pretty much everywhere in the DM(V) area, it’s a must have for self-drivers.
