Besides the supply chain issues, dealing with Parley Labs was a great experience. Our refunds were issued with no sales pressure and Gabriel was very nice.

So....where do I begin. Everyone know the skinny on what happened.....if not then here it is in a nutshell. I feel Nebra Screwed this all up! I waited a while for miners....like everyone else. But Parley Labs is making and has made this a pleasent transaction after all. Customer service is top notch. I'll order again from Parley Labs bo doubt. Shout out to "T" For making it happen.

I think parleylabs is actually great, they were just screwed over by Nebra. I reached out to KB on heliums discord and he was able to efficiently submit my refund to be processed.

Great customer service despite the Nebra situation. I was very happy with the way they handled the refund and gave me all of my money back.

Had a great sales experience with Gabriel. He was knowledgeable about antennas which I needed and helped me get the correct setup for my area. Nebra messed up, Parley got stuck in the middle. They are working hard to rectify the issues caused and I appreciate that.

Parley Labs has been a great company. The issue they had with Nebra was not their fault in my opinion and I don't believe people should be giving them such low reviews because of it. They did refund their customers or offered a different miner to replace the Nebra miner. Hung Tran helped me confirm that my replacement miner was shipped! Overall I'm still happy with Parley Labs.

Okay, parley Labs got completely screwed by Nebra and the chip shortage. Plus because of their business model they had to go through some terrible payment processors. I know and can relate because I worm in GPU And other hard to get coMponents They hooked me up with my refund after I called and asked for it. Hung Tran is the man. He is the help on the team that make things happen.

Everyone thinks they are the manufacturer but they are just a distributor like Newegg. They were told lies from Nebra and were not able to fulfill the orders. They had a sensecap so I was able to swap my order through. Fast shipping and polite people on the phone calls.
