forward thinkers Renee and Ashley have been in front of many of the talent acquisitions we have needed over the past few years. They have understood our needs and went the extra mile to make talent available to us as soon as it became available. the follow up is timely and the pacing is a great monitoring tool they provide.

We hired a Fractional CFO through Paro and have been using him for a year. He has done an excellent job. The relationship with Paro is easy and they have maintained excellent customer service throughout this year long process.

Ease of identifying the right person at the right time. We had struggled finding a person that could generate timely and accurate financial reporting. He was able to grasp the current issues, fix them and then perform sensitivities to the budget while creating a pro forma for next year. Much needed and now like one of the C level team

They have an incredible ability to match us with talent that fits our needs to a ‘T.’ Their team is professional, responsive, and always ready to address any questions or concerns we have.
